The Social Anxiety Institute Mailing List was begun in October 1999.  The goals of this list are to help and encourage people to overcome social anxiety disorder.

A complete audio series, composed of comprehensive cognitive-behavioral therapy (CCBT) specifically designed and structured to help overcome social anxiety disorder.  A special website exists to further help people follow through with the cognitive-behavioral therapy.
